Refund policy

At PawBuddy, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at paw@pawbuddy.co.za.

Our support team will respond within 1–4 business days.

If your return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to our error.

PawBuddy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions of this policy.
