How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 7–11 business days via Aramex.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email (where available) so you can follow your parcel.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through the payment methods available at checkout.
Do you ship throughout South Africa?
Yes! We deliver nationwide across South Africa.
Can I return my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible.
What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Please contact us immediately. If your order has not been shipped, we'll do our best to update the address. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers. PawBuddy does not store your full payment card details.
