• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• We use Aramex as our trusted delivery partner.
• Estimated delivery time is 7–11 business days after your order has been dispatched.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
• Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.
• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at paw@pawbuddy.co.za.
