At Pawbuddy, we want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 1-5 business of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or washed
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Sale or clearance items
How to Return
- Email us at paw@pawbuddy.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 1-5 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
